REFUND POLICY
- Approval is required before sending returns.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Fontainebleau Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse any return/refund at its discretion.

- Swimwear, custom-made or personalized items, and certain other items may not be returned.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with tags
- Free of stains, odors and/or damage
Shipping costs are non-refundable; customers pay return shipping.
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will be considered unacceptable and will be ineligible for a refund. Applicable refunds are credited via the method used at the time of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since date of purchase, the item may not be returned, exchanged, and a refund/store credit is not available. Special orders are non-refundable. When a return is approved, the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund. This return policy is written without any guarantee of a partial refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Please note:
- Items must have been received at the original address listed for bank account.
- There is a processing time before a refund is posted.
- Please contact our company if you have not received your refund after 10 days.
- Refunds are not allowed on any items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance items including under order number or invoice number.
- Gift Returns (if applicable): If an item was marked as a "gift" when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and they will be notified.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges allowed only for defective/damaged items.
- Contact customer service for exchange approval.
- Exchange time may vary.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for an identical item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will advise you. Exchanges may only be considered after shipping and inspection of approval. Depending on where you live, the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Customers acknowledge that once we transfer products to the carrier, ownership and risk of all loss, damage, or theft pass to the customer. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after we have transferred products to the carrier, including instances where the package is left unattended, with a neighbor, or in a designated delivery location. Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations if additional security is desired. Any claims for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation must be made directly with the carrier or local authorities.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
The health and safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion, if we determine, in our sole discretion, such return to be unsafe for handling. Please contact [email protected] with any return/refund request for approval.
